Job Overview: Scaffolder (CISRS Level 1 & 2)
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and dismantle scaffolding as per site requirements
- Interpret drawings and follow safety protocols
- Inspect scaffolding components for safety compliance
- Coordinate with supervisors and site teams
- Maintain cleanliness and structure integrity during use
Subroles
- Level 1: Basic erection under supervision
- Level 2: Independent work and team coordination
- Site Operations: Assist other departments as needed
Requirements
Mandatory Criteria
- Currently residing in Qatar
- Minimum 3 years of scaffolding experience in oil & gas
- Valid CISRS Level 1 or 2 certification
- NOC available and ready to transfer sponsorship
- Can join immediately
