Job Overview: Scaffolder (CISRS Level 1 & 2)

Key Responsibilities

Assemble and dismantle scaffolding as per site requirements
Interpret drawings and follow safety protocols
Inspect scaffolding components for safety compliance
Coordinate with supervisors and site teams
Maintain cleanliness and structure integrity during use

Subroles

Level 1: Basic erection under supervision
Level 2: Independent work and team coordination
Site Operations: Assist other departments as needed

Requirements

Mandatory Criteria

Currently residing in Qatar
Minimum 3 years of scaffolding experience in oil & gas
Valid CISRS Level 1 or 2 certification
NOC available and ready to transfer sponsorship
Can join immediately

Sub-requirements

Medical fitness to work at heights
Familiarity with site safety standards
Basic English communication for instructions
