- Quantity Surveyor – Building
- Quantity Surveyor – Piping
- Quantity Surveyor – Electrical
- QA/QC Engineer – Civil or Mechanical
General Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
- 5 to 7 years of experience in Qatar
- Valid QID (Local hire only)
- Immediate availability preferred
- UPDA certification is an advantage
Quantity Surveyor Roles
Building
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and contract documents
- Track variations, valuations, and cost reports
- Certify subcontractor payments
- Coordinate with project and procurement teams
Piping
- Estimate costs and quantities for piping materials
- Monitor site execution and material usage
- Validate contractor claims and variations
- Collaborate with site and procurement teams
Electrical
- Review electrical drawings and scope
- Manage quantity take-offs and pricing
- Monitor change orders and cost impacts
- Certify subcontractor invoices
QA/QC Engineer Roles
Civil
- Conduct inspections in line with QCS standards
- Review drawings, method statements, and test plans
- Monitor civil site activities and compliance
- Prepare and close NCRs
Mechanical
- Oversee inspections on mechanical systems
- Ensure conformity with specs and codes
- Review ITPs, materials, and inspection logs
- Coordinate with consultants and inspectors
Civil or Mechanical
- Apply QA/QC standards across disciplines
- Manage records and ensure documentation compliance
- Liaise with site team and quality officers
Salary & Employment
- Full-time role
- Monthly Salary: QAR 7,000 – QAR 10,000
- Based on experience and qualifications
