Job Overview
The role involves telesales, customer engagement, and achieving sales targets. Candidates should have the ability to persuade, handle objections, and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Provide accurate product and service information
- Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally
- Maintain updated customer records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company goals
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in telesales or similar roles preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
- Minimum: High school diploma (Degree in Business is a plus)
Compensation
- Pay Range: AED 1,000 – AED 5,000 per month
