A fast-growing, certified HSE training and consultancy firm in Dubai is conducting a Business Development Executive Interview to drive B2B sales and promote safety training services across the UAE. This is a full-time, on-site role with walk-in interviews only — no online applications accepted.

Position: Business Development Executive

Key Objective:
Promote and sell HSE training & consultancy services to corporate clients across UAE industries.

Requirements

Education & Knowledge

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing or related field)
Understanding of HSE, its importance, and regulatory needs
Familiarity with training approvals and accreditations

Skills & Experience

Strong communication and client-handling skills
Fluent in English and Hindi
UAE sales experience is mandatory
Knowledge of UAE market trends in HSE
UAE driving license (preferred)

Personal Qualities

Target-driven and self-motivated
Professional, presentable, and proactive
Able to work independently and within a team

Job Responsibilities

Sales Development

Identify and reach out to potential corporate clients
Pitch relevant HSE training packages and solutions
Achieve monthly sales targets

Client Management

Maintain long-term client relationships
Conduct follow-ups and renewals
Prepare accurate proposals and documentation

Market Awareness

Monitor UAE safety training trends and regulations
Recommend relevant services to meet client needs
Report insights and feedback to the management
