Business Development Executive/Manager Job – HFT Tourism LLC

HFT Tourism LLC (High Fly Trip), a growing travel and tourism company based in Deira, Dubai, is urgently hiring Business Development Executive/Manager for full-time, on-site roles in international travel sales. This is a direct hiring opportunity — but only for candidates who already live in Dubai and hold a valid UAE work visa. The company does not provide visa sponsorship.


About the Role

This is a fast-paced sales position focused on promoting and selling travel technology solutions (DMC portal) to both B2B and B2C clients. The goal is to increase bookings, grow revenue, and expand the client base through direct sales and relationship-building.

Job Location: Al Babtain Building, Port Street, Al-Rigga, Deira, Dubai
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: AED 2,500 – AED 3,000/month
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell travel services and DMC technology solutions to B2B/B2C clients
  • Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Identify new sales leads and convert them into active clients
  • Manage CRM systems and maintain sales records
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Eligibility Criteria

  • Must already reside in Dubai with a valid UAE work visa
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in B2B/B2C travel sales preferred
  • Freshers may apply if they meet other requirements
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi
  • Must have own transport (car or bike)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory
