Note: Only candidates with UAE-based car rental experience will be considered. Others, please excuse.

Job Summary:

You’ll handle the full rental process — from taking calls and preparing agreements to assisting walk-in customers, upselling, and resolving service issues. The role is sales-driven and fast-paced, requiring strong customer service and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle calls and assist customers professionally
• Prepare and review rental agreements
• Manage in-branch queues efficiently
• Review charges and rental terms on return
• Use approved sales techniques and qualify customers
• Ensure rental compliance and resolve issues promptly
• Support team goals while meeting personal sales targets

Requirements:

• 1–3 years’ experience in a similar UAE car rental role
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills
• Good knowledge of UAE rental laws and industry practices
• Familiarity with car rental systems/software
• Organized, reliable, and sales-oriented

Job Type & Salary:

• Full-time
• Salary: AED 3,000 to AED 3,500 per month
