Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee contract closing procedures, ensuring all documents and NoCs are completed on time.
- Develop marketing materials and maintain an efficient filing system for easy document retrieval.
- Manage property listings, documentation, and coordinate daily administrative tasks.
- Review tenancy and sales agreements, ensuring compliance and investment security.
- Serve as the first point of contact for tenants, agents, and contractors, addressing inquiries professionally.
- Provide general administrative support such as scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and organizing office supplies.
- Assist in report preparation, data entry, and calendar management.
