Key Role Highlights
Client Engagement & Sales
- Reach out to leads via calls, emails, and meetings
- Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
- Conduct virtual/in-person presentations and demos
- Negotiate pricing and close deals
- Manage client relationships beyond the sale
Project & Team Coordination
- Track project timelines, budgets, and updates
- Use CRM and PM tools for client and team management
- Ensure clear communication across internal teams
- Document scope and requirements accurately
Reporting & Strategy
- Share regular updates with stakeholders
- Spot risks early and adjust plans
- Stay on top of market trends and competition
- Recommend product positioning improvements
Skills & Tools You’ll Need
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Familiarity with technologies like .NET, Laravel, Angular, Flutter, React
- Able to explain technical services to non-technical clients
