Role Overview

The Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily real estate activities. From document management to tenant communication, this position requires a proactive and organized individual with a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee contract closing procedures, ensuring all documents and NoCs are completed on time.
  • Develop marketing materials and maintain an efficient filing system for easy document retrieval.
  • Manage property listings, documentation, and coordinate daily administrative tasks.
  • Review tenancy and sales agreements, ensuring compliance and investment security.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for tenants, agents, and contractors, addressing inquiries professionally.
  • Provide general administrative support such as scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and organizing office supplies.
  • Assist in report preparation, data entry, and calendar management.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
