Job Summary

What You’ll Do
1. Outbound Calling
- Call potential leads daily
- Introduce services clearly
- Handle objections professionally
- Build interest and book meetings
2. Lead Follow-up
- Follow up on warm leads
- Keep detailed call logs
- Convert interested leads
- Maintain regular contact until closure
3. CRM & Reporting
- Update lead records in CRM
- Track conversions and status
- Report daily call performance
- Use feedback to improve pitch
What They’re Looking For
1. Minimum Qualifications
- 6+ months experience in telemarketing or telesales
- Knowledge of outbound calling techniques
- Past BPO experience is a plus
2. Language Skills
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Tagalog is an added advantage
- Must be clear and confident on calls
3. Basic Technical Skills
- Familiar with CRM or lead tracking tools
- Comfortable using a computer
- Typing and email skills required
Pay & Benefits
1. Salary Package
- AED 3,000 – AED 5,000/month
- Fixed salary based on experience
