Job Title: Structural Design Engineer (High-Rise Buildings)

Summary:
The role involves designing, analyzing, and detailing structural systems for high-rise buildings, ensuring compliance with local regulations and project specifications. Expertise in structural software tools and coordination with project teams is critical.

Key Responsibilities

Structural Design & Analysis

Design RCC and steel structures for high-rise projects
Perform load and stress calculations using STAAD Pro and ETABS
Ensure safety, stability, and code compliance in designs

Software & Modeling

Use AutoCAD, ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD Pro, and STATICA
Prepare accurate structural drawings and reports
Develop and review 3D models for complex structures

Project Coordination

Collaborate with architects, consultants, and site engineers
Identify structural risks and propose solutions
Support on foundation design and construction phases

Software Expertise Required

STAAD Pro – Structural analysis and design
ETABS – Multi-story RCC design
SAP2000 – Advanced modeling and analysis
AutoCAD – Drafting and detailing
IdeaStatica – Steel connection design
STATICA RCC – Concrete slab design and detailing

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil/Structural Engineering
5–10 years of UAE experience in high-rise building design
Proficient in RCC slab, PT slab, and steel structures
Strong understanding of UAE building codes
Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams
