Job Role Summary
This is a results-driven sales position. You’ll handle clients from first contact to final sale, manage after-sale issues independently, support marketing efforts, and help drive team performance.
Key Duties:
- Develop and follow up with clients until sale is closed
- Maintain client relationships and resolve issues without escalation
- Achieve monthly and team sales targets
- Coordinate product launches and marketing efforts
- Handle customer payments and reporting
- Research new leads and market opportunities
- Support and attend sales events
- Manage schedules and daily sales tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related
- 1–3 years UAE automotive sales experience
- Preferably experienced in vehicle export trading
- Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and meet deadlines
