The HR Recruiter & Administrator will handle end-to-end recruitment and daily office operations. You’ll be responsible for attracting talent, onboarding employees, and ensuring smooth administrative processes across the workplace.

HR Recruiter & Administrator Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & HR
- Create and run hiring strategies.
- Source candidates via job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Screen CVs, interview applicants, and shortlist talent.
- Coordinate with departments on hiring needs.
- Manage offers, negotiations, and onboarding.
- Keep HR records and assist with engagement activities.
Administration
- Oversee daily office operations.
- Handle calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Manage office supplies and orders.
- Schedule meetings, travel, and appointments.
- Prepare reports and documents.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
HR Recruiter & Administrator Skills Required
