Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms.
- Manage Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn campaigns.
- Optimize SEO/SEM performance and track engagement metrics.
- Create and schedule social media content.
- Work with designers and content creators on digital assets.
- Monitor ROI, KPIs, and prepare performance reports.
- Oversee email marketing campaigns.
- Align marketing with sales team goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of digital marketing experience (real estate preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Analytics, and Facebook Business Manager.
- Understanding of conversion, performance marketing, and customer acquisition.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
