Job Description – A start-up exchanging organization situated in Dubai is searching for a positive, self-inspired and proactive senior accountant.

Eligibility Criteria –
• Bachelor degree with a noteworthy in bookkeeping is an absolute necessity.
• At slightest three years+ involvement in a comparable bookkeeping part, two years of them in UAE.
• Previous involvement in ERP and bookkeeping programming.
• Good relational abilities and the capacity to function admirably with individuals is fundamental.
• Ability to liaise and organize with providers, clients and banks.
• Proven MS office (exceed expectations, word, viewpoint) experience is required.
• Good summon of English dialect.

Job responsibilities –
• Receives and forms buy requests and seller solicitations; keeps up open records for buy orders, pressing/getting slips and matches to solicitations. Confirms solicitations for amount, unit valuing and appropriate rebates. Gets endorsement from suitable faculty for installment.
• Receives and prepare deals requests and issues deals solicitations to clients; confirms exactness and fulfillment of all required data including current evaluating, augmentations, rebates connected and sending and taking care of charges.
• Maintains the general record and every single related record with appropriate documentation and records of all organization exchanges.
• Follow up with forwarders and delivery organizations to track and book shipments.
• Prepare between time, year-end money related explanations/reports.
• Prepare week by week determined income report demonstrating all money inflows and surges.
• Communicate with clients in regards to their charging and catch up with them for accumulation.
• Prepares month to month bank compromise for all records; confirms exactness of bank articulations and resolve inquiries or issues; keeps up honesty of money adjusts and income frameworks.
• Maintains settled resource records and control; decides deterioration terms/rates to apply to promoted things.
• Maintain different records and performs other bookkeeping obligations as required or as asked for by direct administrator.
