We’re searching for a Receptionist to handle the front desk for a Receptionist, you’ll be the primary point of contact to the business. The Receptionist’s responsibilities include providing administrative assistance/ Data entry clerk daily responsibilities incorporate powerful record keeping and organizing documents and collecting information to be input into your computer.
Job responsibilities –
• Must have Good English communication & decent Personality.
• Drink people by greeting, welcoming, directing and declaring them suitably
Update appointment calendars and program meetings/appointments Get and type everyday mail/deliveries/couriers.
• Response, screen and forwards any incoming telephone calls while supplying basic advice when required.
• Greet and welcome guests Once they arrive in the Workplace
• direct visitors to the Proper individual and Workplace
• Response screen and forwards incoming telephone calls
• Provide accurate and basic information on site and through telephone email
• Get type and distribute daily mail deliveries
• Order front office provides and maintain stock of inventory
• Must have knowledge about client direction
• Managing all of the client walk-ins queries and Tele-marketing
• must keep high degree of professionalism
direct traffic to the proper individual and office
• Make sure reception place is clean and respectful, together with all essential stationery and substance.
• Provide accurate and basic information on site and through phone/email
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as required.
• Maintain confidentiality in all facets of customer, customer and service info.
• Supply a professional support in reaction to all client requests, making sure that client needs are satisfied.
