Job Description :-
Urgently required secretary / Telephone operator for a glass and mirror company in dubai.

Job responsibilities –
• Keep refreshed records of office costs and expenses.
• Request front office supplies and keep stock of stock.
• Plan and spread correspondence, notices and structures.
• Record and refresh contact data of workers, clients, providers and outside accomplices.
• Keeps up media transmission framework by following maker’s directions for house telephone and reassure operation.
• Keeps up protected and clean gathering zone by agreeing to methodology, guidelines, and regulations.Maintains congruity among work groups by recording and imparting activities, anomalies, and proceeding with needs.
• Adds to collaboration by achieving related outcomes as required.
• Answer telephone calls and divert them when important.
• Perform writing and translation obligations as required
• Take and interpret transcription precisely

• Keep up records and correspondence as per set up organization systems
• Recover records and correspondence on ask
