Eligibility Criteria –
• 2 years experience required.
• Good communication skills required.

Job responsibilities –
• Invites guests by welcome them, face to face or on the phone
• Noting or alluding request. Coordinates guests by keeping up representative and office registries; giving directions.
• Keeps up security by taking after systems; checking logbook.
• Guarantee that every single authoritative capacity in the Division are running productively, easily and adequately.
• Compose the working calendar of the Division Manager through the coordination of dates of interior and outside gatherings.
• Makes and reconsiders frameworks and methodology by dissecting working practices, record keeping frameworks, shapes control, office format, and budgetary and faculty necessities; actualizing changes.
• Develops managerial staff by giving data, instructive open doors, and experiential development openings.
• Resolves managerial issues by planning readiness of reports, breaking down information, and recognizing arrangements.
• Ensures operation of gear by finishing preventive support prerequisites; calling for repairs; keeping up hardware inventories; assessing new gear and procedures.
• Provides data by noting inquiries and solicitations.
• Maintains supplies stock by checking stock to decide stock level; envisioning required supplies; submitting and speeding up requests for provisions; confirming receipt of provisions.
• Sort correspondences and guarantee they are free from mistakes preceding its accommodation to Division Manager.
• Get Division’s approaching mail and audit it preceding its accommodation to Division Manager.
• Record the minutes of inside gatherings held by Division Manager.
• Spare and record regulatory documents and work on refreshing it and arrange old ones in the wake of counseling the Division Manager.
• Play out whatever other errands as appointed by Division Manager.
