Eligibility Criteria –
• With Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related field
• Preferably under Visit Visa/Husband’s or Father’s Visa
• With past experience on Secretarial/Admin works
• Knowledgeable in utilizing MS Office especially MS Excel and Word
• Basic bookkeeping abilities
• With satisfying identity
• Keen to points of interest
• Can work under weight
• Knows how to multi-assignment
• Energetic
• Fluent in English (verbal and composing)
• “Yes I can!” mentality is an unquestionable requirement
• Can begin instantly

Job responsibilities –
• Answer organization telephone calls
• Management of organization email, coordination and correspondence to providers, customers and so forth.
• Attends to the necessities of Management-Files, Memos, Documentations, Application of Visas, Hiring, and so forth.
• Executive Calendar Management-booking and indication of Manager’s gatherings
• Manage individual and business travel plan of the Managers and booking of yearly tickets of staffs
• Administrative and Clerical support for staff
• Ensures sufficient supplies for stationary, hardware and storeroom supplies for the workplace
• Prepare different letter correspondences
• Assist organization visitor/guests/customers get ready espresso/tea if vital
• Maintains office spending plan and records of organization costs
• Monitor and keeps up record receivables
• Follow up installments from Clients
• File and arrange all organization records and authority reports of the organization
• Prepares and issues Quotations, Invoices, Purchase Orders, Transmittals and Payment Vouchers
• Update Company Directory-contacts, providers and so on.
• Maintains office cleanliness
