Job detail – We are looking for a Receptionist/Accounts for our office. Candidates must have good communication skills and customer handling skills required. Send your resume to our admin team.

Minimum Requirements –
● Bachelor Degree prefred.
● Execellent communication skills required.
● Good knowledge in computer applications and accounting softwares.

Job responsibilities –
● Guaranteeing auspicious and precise coding of offers solicitations.
● Supporting the Senior Accountant with obligation accumulation.
● Recording provider solicitations and making installments.
● You will be issuing accounts articulations and mechanized installments suggestions to our customers.
● You will likewise be lining up on late solicitations with important business ranges.
● Handle every single approaching check. Enter installments into bookkeeping framework.
● Every day use of bank money receipts.
● AR subledger compromise to GL record.
● Resolve bank/GL errors relating to receipts from day by day bank compromises.
● Work with customers to accommodate any installment/charging errors.
● Work with business line Finance to determine old things on AR maturing.

● Get ready terrible obligation save as per DMS rules and submit to GL bookkeeper for preparing.
● Liaising intimately with inward partners (Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, Service) on everyday matters.
● Helping the Senior Accountant with month end shutting, JV postings and record compromises.
● Helping the Senior Accountant with intercompany invoicing and compromises.
● Every day upkeep of money and bank adjusts and performing month to month compromises.
● Keeping up suitable SOX and review documentation.
● Help with keeping up documentation for Value Added Taxes (VAT) and filling of intermittent VAT returns.
● Helping the Senior Accountant with planning of occasional provincial and corporate reports.
● Whatever other undertaking alloted by the Management.
