Job Description: We are small company in uae. We looking for a temporary admin officer from march 19 to april 19. We will provide 2500 AED payment. Our working time is 9am to 6pm. Intrested candidates send your updated resume.

Eligibility Criteria:
■ Handle basic accounts.
■ Good communication skills required.
■ preferably part timersor husband/father visa.

Job responsibilities :
■ Answers and screen all inner and outer calls to decide desperation of the circumstance and the proper next strides inside approved extent of duty.
■ Precisely records and conveys all phone messages, specifying guest’s name, organization, telephone number, and purpose behind call.
■ Requests, tracks, and conveys office supplies to guarantee sufficient stock at all circumstances.
■ Oversees office orders for the Case Management/Admission Management/Hospital Operators offices.
■ Forms approaching/active mail for the office.
■ Organizes and conveys office clean timetables to staff.
■ Keeps up office email account, checking, sending as well as reacting to messages day by day.
■ Assist the readiness and coordination of gatherings, obligations including: planning, motivation composing, minute-taking, photocopying, and providing food demands.
■ Gets ready PowerPoint introductions, letters, reports, memoranda, and related materials as asked.
■ Looks after frameworks, strategies, and techniques for record keeping and records detailing.
■ Helps with planning of monetary and quality reports.
■ Facilitates travel and cost endorsement through agree.
■ Helps on authoritative activities as vital.
■ Keeps up the departmental excursion logbook, representative index, and office clean timetable.
■ Refreshes and gets ready New Employee Orientation fastener for every single new contract.
■ Works together with CHOP offices for all new worker needs, for example, Outlook, Network setup, keys, and Ascom telephones.
■ Gives office introduction and gets ready assets space for every single new contract.
