Job Responsibilities :
■ Handle client request and grievances by means of telephone/email/live talk.
■ Assist clients with item meetings, arrange position, and conveyance status.
■ Coordination with providers for checking cost/item accessibility and strategic organization for opportune conveyance of items to clients.
■ Employ up-offer procedures amid client cooperations.
■ Document and overhaul client records in view of cooperations.
■ Preparing spreadsheet for day by day deals report for Top administration.
■ Updating request status in framework on opportune premise to reflect redress report for administration.
■ Develop and keep up a learning base of items.
■ General regulatory undertakings

Eligibility Criteria:
● preference to indians who can join immediatley
● Uae driving licence is advantage
● english communication skills required.
● Smart,energetic and self motivated.

Required skills :
■ Excellent in business correspondence.
■ Must be respectable, brilliant, sort out and can work with less supervision
■ Able to work with under weight.
■ Must have foundation of the back and documentations.
Great and clear composed and verbal English correspondence abilities.
